PREPARATION
Press the tofu for 10 minutes to remove excess water and then cut it into small cubes.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
Add the tofu to the skillet and stir-fry until lightly golden and crispy on the edges, about 5-7 minutes.
