PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, whey protein isolate, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
In a separate bowl, combine the egg whites, low-fat cottage cheese, nonfat Greek yogurt, and the 2 tablespoons of almond butter. Mix well until smooth.
