300g Cauliflower
150g Potato
1.5 cups Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Toss the garlic cloves with a drizzle of olive oil and wrap them in foil for roasting. Roast garlic in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
