INGREDIENTS
5 oz Sirloin Steak
100 g Baby Potatoes
1 tsp Herb Garlic Butter
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Rinse and halve the baby potatoes. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, a minced garlic clove, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
While the potatoes roast, pat the 5 oz sirloin steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting the time based on your preferred doneness.
In the last minute of cooking, add the herb garlic butter to the pan and spoon the melted butter over the steak.
Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing, then serve alongside the roasted potatoes.
