PREPARATION
Drain and crumble the tofu into small pieces using your hands or a fork.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the crumbled tofu along with turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to evenly coat the tofu with the spices.
Stir in the chickpeas and cook for 2-3 minutes to warm through.
