PREPARATION
In a blender or food processor, blend the rolled oats until they form a fine flour.
In a medium bowl, combine the oat flour with egg whites.
Mash the half banana and add it to the bowl along with the half scoop of vanilla whey protein powder.
Whisk all ingredients together until you achieve a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
