PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Toss garlic cloves lightly in olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for about 20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
While the garlic roasts, cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until very tender, about 10-15 minutes.
