INGREDIENTS
5 oz Top Sirloin Steak
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 clove Fresh Garlic
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary
1 tsp Fresh Thyme
1 tsp Fresh Parsley
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, and parsley with the unsalted butter.
Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Once the oil is shimmering, place the steak in the pan and sear for about 3-4 minutes on one side until a crust forms.
Flip the steak and add the garlic butter mixture to the pan. As the steak finishes cooking (approximately 3-4 minutes for medium-rare, or adjusted to desired doneness), spoon the melted garlic herb butter over it.
Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
Slice and serve immediately, drizzling any remaining butter from the pan over the top.
