1 large Egg White
3 Romaine Lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons Light Caesar Dressing
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
PREPARATION
Lightly pound the chicken breast to an even thickness. In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg white until slightly frothy.
Place the almond flour in a separate shallow dish. Dip the chicken breast first in the egg white, then coat evenly with almond flour.
