PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until you achieve a rice-like consistency. Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes to soften and remove excess moisture.
While the cauliflower cools slightly, mince the garlic and chop the basil finely.
