150g Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1.5 tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
2 tbsp Fresh Thyme
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Clean the mushrooms and slice them in half if they are large. Place them in a roasting pan.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then add the minced garlic. Stir for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to brown the garlic.
