PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into small cubes.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil if needed. Add the tofu cubes and sauté until they become golden and crispy on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant for about 30 seconds.
