1/8 cup Whole-Grain Breadcrumbs (15g)
1/8 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (28g)
1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese (5g)
1 tsp Olive Oil (4.5g)
2 tbsp Fresh Basil
Salt (pinch)
Black Pepper (pinch)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the chicken breast on both sides with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the whole-grain breadcrumbs over the sauce, then top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle the olive oil over the assembled chicken and add fresh basil on top.
