INGREDIENTS
2 cans (480g) Black Beans, drained
3 scoops (90g) Whey Protein Isolate (chocolate flavor)
4 tablespoons (20g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
12 Egg Whites (approx. 360g)
3 tablespoons (48g) Almond Butter
4 tablespoons (80g) Maple Syrup
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the drained black beans, whey protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, egg whites, almond butter, and maple syrup. Blend until completely smooth and well incorporated.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, using a spatula to smooth out the top for even baking.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. The brownies should have a fudgy texture.
Remove from the oven and allow the pan to cool completely. Once cooled, cut into 4 equal squares. Each square is designed to fit within your meal plan, providing approximately 434 kcal and 42 g of protein per serving.
