INGREDIENTS
6 oz Salmon Fillet
1/2 tbsp Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Fresh Mixed Herbs (Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Olive Oil
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix the whole wheat breadcrumbs with the fresh mixed herbs.
Lightly brush the salmon with olive oil and press the breadcrumb and herb mixture onto the top of the fillet to form a crust.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillet crust side down and sear for about 3-4 minutes until the crust is golden.
Carefully flip the salmon and continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through but still moist.
In a separate small pan or bowl, combine lemon juice and minced garlic. Warm slightly if desired to meld the flavors.
Drizzle the lemon garlic sauce over the salmon before serving.
