INGREDIENTS
100 g Chicken Breast
1 large Egg White
20 g Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/4 medium Red Bell Pepper
1 oz Part-Skim Mozzarella
1 tbsp Fresh Mixed Herbs (Basil, Parsley, Oregano)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Finely chop or pulse the Chicken Breast in a food processor until it reaches a coarse, ground-like consistency. In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken with the egg white and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly until the mixture holds together.
Press the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a thin, even circular crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges begin to turn crispy and the crust is firm.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread a thin layer of Tomato Sauce evenly over it.
Thinly slice or finely dice the Red Bell Pepper and distribute evenly over the tomato sauce. Sprinkle the Part-Skim Mozzarella on top.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Once out of the oven, garnish with a drizzle of Fresh Mixed Herbs, adding a burst of flavor and color. Slice and serve immediately.
