1 medium Apple
1 Large Egg
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Powder
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, ground cinnamon, and baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk the egg with almond milk and honey until well combined.
Core and dice the apple into small chunks, then fold the apple pieces into the wet mixture.
