1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

PREPARATION
Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
In a non-stick skillet, heat half of the sesame oil over medium-high heat and add the tofu cubes. Fry until the tofu is crispy and golden on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu and set aside.
