PREPARATION
Press the tofu gently with a paper towel to remove excess moisture, then cut into small cubes.
In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté briefly until fragrant.
Add tofu cubes to the pan and cook until they begin to get crispy and golden on the edges.
