INGREDIENTS
7 oz Salmon Fillet (198g)
100g Green Beans
200g Cauliflower
1 tsp Olive Oil
5g Butter
2 cloves Garlic
PREPARATION
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Pat the salmon fillet dry and season with salt and pepper as desired.
Add the olive oil to the skillet and sear the salmon fillet, skin-side down if applicable, for about 3-4 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms and the salmon is just cooked through.
Meanwhile, steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
In a separate pan, lightly sauté the green beans with a minced clove of garlic for 2-3 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
Drain the cauliflower and mash it with the remaining garlic, butter, a pinch of salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Plate the seared salmon fillet alongside a serving of garlic green beans and cauliflower mash, and serve immediately.
