2 tbsp Fresh Basil (chopped)
2 tbsp Fresh Oregano (chopped)

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower rice and egg. Mix well to form a sticky crust base. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Press the cauliflower mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a thin, round crust.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until it begins to turn lightly golden.
While the crust is baking, sauté the diced chicken breast in a non-stick pan until fully cooked and lightly seared. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
