PREPARATION
Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into florets and pulsing it in a food processor until it resembles rice.
Cube the tempeh and lightly steam or microwave for a couple of minutes to slightly soften it.
Heat the sesame oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
