1/2 cup baby spinach (15g)
1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage (18g)
PREPARATION
Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium-high heat.
Slice the tempeh into strips or small pieces. Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
Grill the tempeh for about 3-4 minutes on each side until it is golden and has grill marks. Remove from heat.
