2 Large Eggs
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
2 stalks Green Onion
1 tsp Sesame Oil
PREPARATION
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and chopped green onions, sautéing until fragrant.
Crumble the tofu into the skillet and fry lightly until edges start to become crisp.
Add the cauliflower rice and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until it begins to soften and get a slight golden crisp.
