PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, warm a small amount of olive oil. Sauté the finely chopped onion until soft and translucent.
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and dried dill.
