PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook until they turn golden on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
