PREPARATION
Prepare the cauliflower by pulsing florets in a food processor until rice-like texture is achieved if not using pre-riced cauliflower.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat with the sesame oil.
Add minced garlic and chopped green onions; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it starts to get crispy.
