1 tablespoon Water
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, whey protein powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until light and frothy. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the dry ingredients until well incorporated.
