INGREDIENTS
5.5 oz Chicken Breast (156g)
30g Panko Breadcrumbs
1 large Egg White (33g)
1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice (60g)
1 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce (15g)
1 tbsp Cornstarch (8g)
2 cloves Fresh Garlic
1 tsp Fresh Ginger
PREPARATION
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized strips and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg white. In another bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.
Dip each chicken strip first into the egg white and then coat evenly with panko breadcrumbs.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
Place the breaded chicken strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine fresh orange juice, low-sodium soy sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens into a glaze.
Once the chicken is done, transfer to a serving plate and drizzle the orange glaze over the crispy chicken strips.
Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy air-fried orange chicken.
