100g Kimchi
1 Large Egg
75g Red Bell Pepper (diced)
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 Green Onions (chopped)
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
PREPARATION
Press the tofu for about 10 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into small cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add tofu cubes and fry until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove tofu and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and diced red bell pepper; sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for about 3-4 minutes until it begins to crisp up.
Mix in the kimchi and pour in the soy sauce, stirring well.
Create a small well in the center of the skillet and crack the egg into it. Scramble the egg, then mix it into the stir-fry.
Return the crispy tofu to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
