INGREDIENTS
4 oz Salmon Fillet
3 oz Shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
0.5 tbsp Mixed Fresh Herbs (Rosemary & Thyme)
1 Lemon Wedge
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry and season lightly with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic and mixed fresh herbs.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Place the salmon fillet skin-side down in the skillet. Allow it to sear for about 3-4 minutes until a light crust forms.
Flip the salmon and quickly press the herb mixture onto the flesh side, letting the heat help it adhere. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until salmon is just cooked through.
In a separate pan, warm a small drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Plate the salmon and shrimp together. Squeeze a lemon wedge over the top for a burst of brightness and serve immediately.
