1/2 cup Roasted Chickpeas

3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F if you need to roast your chickpeas and edamame. If already roasted, skip to the next step.
If roasting, drain and pat dry a can of chickpeas and a package of edamame (shelled) and toss separately with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on separate baking sheets. Roasted chickpeas should bake for about 25-30 minutes and edamame for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
Air-pop your popcorn kernels using an air popper or on the stovetop with minimal oil until fully popped.
