1 cup Asparagus
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Parsley & Dill)
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the chopped fresh herbs with a little salt and pepper. Press this herb blend gently onto the top of the salmon.
Wash and trim the asparagus, then place them on another baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
