INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup packed Rolled Oats (40g)
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate (30g)
3 large Egg Whites (approx. 90g)
1/3 cup Blueberries (50g)
2 tbsp Nonfat Greek Yogurt (30g)
1 tsp Baking Powder (4g)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (1.3g)
Pinch of Salt
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, whisk the egg whites and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions and shape them into bagel forms on the prepared baking sheet, creating a hole in the center with your finger.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the bagels are set and lightly golden on top.
Allow the bagels to cool for a few minutes before serving.
