3/4 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt (190g)
1 piece Fresh Ginger (10g)
2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice (30g)
1 cup Coconut Water (240g)
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (3g)
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (12g)
Pinch of Black Pepper
PREPARATION
Prepare fresh ginger by washing and peeling it. Roughly chop the ginger.
In a high-speed blender, add the chopped ginger, fresh lemon juice, coconut water, turmeric powder, and a pinch of black pepper.
