1 cup Cauliflower Rice

1 Garlic Clove
2 tbsp chopped Green Onions
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
Place the tofu cubes in a bowl, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper, and gently toss with the sesame seeds until evenly coated.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until all sides are crispy and golden, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove tofu from the skillet and set aside.
