Meanwhile, steam the green beans until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
In another pot, steam the cauliflower florets until soft, approximately 8-10 minutes.
In a small saucepan, heat the remaining olive oil and gently sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds, then toss with the steamed green beans.
Blend the steamed cauliflower into a smooth mash, adding a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
Plate the salmon alongside a serving of garlic green beans and a scoop of cauliflower mash.
Serve immediately and enjoy a delicious, balanced meal.
