INGREDIENTS
1 cup Cauliflower Rice (107g)
1 large Egg (50g)
0.75 cup shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella (84g)
2 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese (10g)
4 slices Turkey Pepperoni (30g)
0.25 cup Tomato Sauce (60g)
1 tsp Olive Oil (4.5g)
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, egg, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients hold together.
Press the cauliflower mixture onto the baking sheet to form a thin, even crust.
Bake the crust for about 15-18 minutes until it starts to turn lightly golden.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over it.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the sauce.
Arrange the turkey pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
