150 grams Firm Tofu
1 Whole Grain Wrap
0.25 portion Avocado
0.5 cup Spinach
0.25 cup Cherry Tomatoes
2 slices Red Onion
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Cumin & Smoked Paprika blend
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes until crispy.
