1 cup Broccolini (150g)

Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh herbs.
Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breast and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the chicken and let it rest.
