INGREDIENTS
4 oz Baby Back Ribs
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Pat the baby back ribs dry with a paper towel. Season both sides lightly with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, honey, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well blended to form the glaze.
Brush the glaze generously over the ribs ensuring even coverage.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or in a baking dish. Cover loosely with another piece of foil to keep moisture in.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the ribs are tender and the meat begins to pull away from the bone.
Remove the top foil and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes to caramelize the glaze, watching carefully to prevent burning.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
