1/4 cup Almond Flour (30g)
2 Large Eggs
2 Tbsp Buffalo Sauce
100g Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
PREPARATION
