INGREDIENTS
5 oz Sirloin Steak
1 tsp Garlic Butter
150 grams Baby Potatoes
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Rosemary & Thyme)
1 clove Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Rinse the baby potatoes and toss them with olive oil, chopped fresh herbs, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spread the seasoned potatoes out on a baking tray and roast them in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.
While the potatoes are roasting, pat the sirloin steak dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare, adjusting time as needed based on your preferred doneness.
In the last minute of cooking the steak, add the garlic butter to the pan and spoon it over the steak to enhance the flavor.
Allow the steak to rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
Plate the sliced steak alongside the roasted baby potatoes and serve immediately.
