INGREDIENTS
6 oz Lean Grass-Fed Ground Beef (170g)
1/2 medium Avocado (100g)
2 Romaine Lettuce Leaves (60g)
2 Tomato Slices (40g)
2 Red Onion Slices (20g)
1 tbsp Lime Juice (15g)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (1.5g)
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro (optional, 4g)
PREPARATION
In a bowl, combine the lean ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.
Form the seasoned beef into a patty slightly larger than your lettuce leaves.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
While the beef is cooking, scoop out the avocado flesh into a small bowl. Add lime juice, a pinch of salt, and optionally a little chopped cilantro. Mash until smooth with some small chunks for texture.
Prepare your serving plate by laying out the romaine lettuce leaves. Place the cooked beef patty on top, then spoon a generous dollop of avocado mash over it.
Top with tomato and red onion slices and garnish with extra cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
