Savor tender, oven-baked baby back ribs with a delectable blend of sweet and smoky spices. Each bite delivers a caramelized finish along with a subtle hint of apple cider vinegar that brightens the rich pork flavor, making it a satisfying dinner option.
INGREDIENTS
150 grams Baby Back Ribs
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Pat the baby back ribs dry with a paper towel. Using a sharp knife, remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs if not pre-removed.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a dry rub.
Sprinkle the dry rub evenly over both sides of the ribs. Drizzle the apple cider vinegar over the seasoned ribs to enhance the flavor and help the spices adhere.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover the ribs with another layer of foil to seal in moisture.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 2 to 2.5 hours until the ribs are tender and the meat begins to pull away from the bone.
For a caramelized finish, remove the top foil layer and broil on high for 3-5 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then cut into portions and serve warm.
