Perfect as a satisfying breakfast, a post-workout snack, or a light dessert, these brownies deliver both flavor and nutrition.
INGREDIENTS
150g Sweet Potato (raw, mashed)
2 large Egg Whites
1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate (approx. 30g)
2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Almond Butter
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pierce the sweet potato several times with a fork and microwave for 5-7 minutes until soft, or bake in the oven until tender. Allow it to cool slightly, then peel and mash until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato with egg whites, stirring until smooth.
Add the whey protein isolate and unsweetened cocoa powder to the mixture. Stir well to ensure no lumps remain.
Mix in the almond butter until the batter is thoroughly combined and has a uniform consistency.
Pour the batter into a small, greased baking dish or oven-safe ramekin.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are acceptable for a fudgy texture).
Allow the brownies to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
