PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Toss the garlic cloves in a small amount of olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for about 15 minutes until soft.
While the garlic roasts, steam the cauliflower and diced potato until they are fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes.
