100g Mushrooms
1/3 medium Onion (50g)
1 large Egg
15g Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small loaf pan.
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion. In a medium skillet, sauté them over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly. Remove and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, cooled mushrooms and onions, beaten egg, rolled oats, fresh parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press gently to shape.
