PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Break the cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until you obtain a rice-like texture. Transfer the 'rice' to a microwave-safe bowl, cover, and microwave on high for 5 minutes until softened.
