1 clove Garlic

Salt & Pepper
PREPARATION
Pat the chicken breast dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken breast. Sear the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
